This page contains links to minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors of the Fire District. Minutes are subject to being corrected at the time they are approved by the Board of Directors. Any corrected minutes will be posted after approval of the corrections by the Board. The signed and sealed copies of the minutes are the official copies, and any unsigned and unsealed copies of minutes posted on the website are unofficial. The official copies will be posted once they are scanned by the website administrator. In addition, on occasion documents are adopted by the Board and may be incorporated by reference in the minutes of proceedings and attached to the paper copy of the minutes. Those documents may not be posted, and it will be necessary for you to obtain such documents as well as official copies of the minutes not currently published on the website from the district's administrative offices under the policies and procedures established by the district to retrieve district records under the Missouri Sunshine Law.
